Royal College of General Practitioners Heritage Rooms- This project consisted of 400m2 of striking patterned carpet installed on a Durafit system from renowned manufacturer Ege Carpets in the grade 1 listed Royal College of General Practitioners. The entire project was installed “out of hours” in less than a week.
The Ballroom at the Hilton Hotel Rotherhithe- A-Star Flooring were called into this project to take over from another flooring contractor at the request of the carpet manufacturer. As with many Axminster carpets, the pattern did not arrive perfectly straight from the factory and the incumbent contractor did not possess the necessary experience to rectify this. With an event scheduled at the ballroom fast approaching, A-Star Flooring installed the entire 500m2 Ballroom on a Durafit system in just 1 day.
Grosvenor Hotel Park Lane Ballroom- One of A-Star Floorings more challenging projects, this 780m2 Ballroom in London’s famous Grosvenor hotel was completed in just 36 hours. To achieve this our expert installers worked around the clock to ensure the project was handed over on time. The carpet was an Axminster from OW Hospitality, and was installed on a Durafit system.
Berkeley Hotel London- Axminster Body and border with Ulster carpets installed at the 5 star Berkeley hotel London.
Hilton hotel Tower hill- Approximately 800m2 of Brintons Axminster installed in the meeting room breakout area. All installed in less than 2 weeks on a Durafit system
Benetti Yacht 11-11- This project consisted of 500m2 of handmade carpets installed onboard the Benetti Superyacht “11-11”. A-Star Flooring flew to Livorno, Italy for 2 weeks to complete the installation. The yacht was originally in production for famous property tycoon Nick Candy.
